Accessibility

Access to the hotel for guests with special access needs is via our front entrance.  This entrance offers level access through to all areas of the main hotel via an automatic door.

Hotel Collingwood has a lift to all floors. Please be advised that some rooms may require a small number of steps. When making your reservation please let our team know if you need assistance or would prefer a room with no steps leading to it. We will always do our best to accommodate.

Some of our bedrooms have walk in showers, if you would like a room with a walk in shower please let our reservations team know at the time of booking and we will do our best to accommodate you.

All allergy and dietary requirements are dealt with in our restaurant and bar. Should you have any dietary requirements please let the team know when making your reservation or when you arrive.

There are dedicated accessible toilets in public areas.
